Front Range Raynor is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Colorado for regulation guidance during the impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We are taking several precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and team members. Our goal is to do everything we can to help keep operations up and running and people safe during this unprecedented and evolving situation
To comply with State guidelines as issued by our Governor, we are transitioning as much of our office and sales as possible staff to work remotely. We ask that as much communication as possible be sent via email to the staff personnel you have been in contact with. Urgent needs may be called in to the phone numbers provided below. Our field staff will still be completing installations at this time.
We are also monitoring impacts to material and product availability due to supply chain disruption. This will affect residential orders, commercial orders, and parts orders for service. We will be working as diligently and as effectively as possible to schedule any work impacted by these national disruptions.
Please understand we must prioritize same day service calls to ensure customers such as the government, first responders and hospitals have functioning door systems to assist those impacted by this virus. All other service calls are arranged based on Front Range Raynor’s capacity, contract obligations and order timing.
