How much does a new garage door cost?
It depends on the size, material, and style you choose. We don’t publish set prices because every job is different, but here’s what won’t change: the price we quote you is the price you pay. No surprise fees for removal, installation, or add-ons tacked on later. Get a free in-home estimate and we’ll give you a straight number.
Do you offer emergency or same-day repair?
We do. If your garage door is stuck, off track, or won’t budge, call our same-day repair line at 970-223-9555 on weekdays and we’ll get someone out to you.
How long does a garage door installation take?
Most residential installations take one day. Commercial jobs and custom orders can take longer depending on the scope of work. We’ll walk you through the timeline when we quote your project.
How long will my garage door last?
Garage doors themselves often last 30 years or more, depending on the manufacturer, material, and how much weather they take on. The moving parts – springs, cables, openers – tend to wear out faster, sometimes within 10 years, especially with heavy use.
Do you repair all garage door brands, or just Raynor?
We’re a Raynor dealer, but our techs are trained to repair and service all major garage door brands and openers. If it’s broken, bring it to us.
Can I buy parts and do the repair myself?
We do sell parts for DIYers. That said, some repairs – especially anything involving torsion springs – carry real risk if you haven’t been trained on them. We’re happy to walk you through what’s safe to tackle yourself and what’s worth leaving to a pro.
Do you install smart or Wi-Fi-enabled garage door openers?
Yes, we carry smart openers that let you control and monitor your garage door from your phone. Ask us about options when you request a quote.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes, our installations and repairs come with a parts and labor warranty. Details depend on the specific product and job, so ask your technician for the specifics that apply to your door.
Do I need to visit the showroom before getting a quote?
Not required, but it helps. Our Fort Collins showroom is the only dedicated garage door showroom in Northern Colorado, and it lets you see full-size doors and samples in person instead of guessing from a brochure.
